  • 30g prunes
  • 30g dried apricots
  • 30g candied cherries
  • 30g sultanas
  • 30g black currants
  • 30g citrus peel
  • 60g golden raisins
  • 1/2 tsp mixed spice powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
  • Zest and juice from 2 oranges
  • 5 tbsp brandy or sherry
  • 30g almonds
