  • 5 cups Sea food stock
  • 11/2 cup water
  • 1 1/2 pound Fish fillets
  • 1 pound bean sprouts
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 onion
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • sliced ginger
  • 4 parsnips
  • fresh thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • fresh basil
  • 3 spring onions

Directions for Fish Soup

  • Start by taking a large sauce pan and add Sea food stock, lemon jucie, water, onions, garlic, parsnip and ginger.
  • Add in the red pepper, black pepper, salt and thyme to the soup.
  • Let the soup simmer for about 15 min.
  • Lower the heat and add beans and fish pieces and cook for 5-7 min.
  • Garnish with salt, pepper and basil.
